This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through the Tru-CocoB website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of Products

Tru-CocoB offers consumable and personal care products such as raw honey and cold-pressed coconut oil. Due to hygiene, safety, and quality standards, these products are non-returnable once delivered, except in cases specified under this Policy.

2. Eligibility for Returns or Replacement

Returns or replacements will only be considered under the following conditions:

• The product delivered is damaged, leaking, or defective
• An incorrect product has been delivered

To be eligible, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing valid proof, including clear images or videos of the product, packaging, and invoice.

3. Resolution Process

Upon verification of the claim, Tru-CocoB reserves the right to:

• Approve a replacement of the product, or
• Issue a full or partial refund to the original mode of payment

The decision shall be at the sole discretion of Tru-CocoB after assessing the evidence provided.

4. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 to 7 business days from the date of approval. The time taken for the amount to reflect may vary depending on the payment provider.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only prior to dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

6. Non-Returnable Conditions

The following situations shall not qualify for return or refund:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Minor variations in color, texture, taste, or aroma, as these are natural characteristics of unprocessed products
• Improper storage or handling after delivery

7. Limitation of Liability

Tru-CocoB shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products.
